The application targets of this Charter of Human Rights include all executives and employees of domestic and foreign production and sales corporations, consolidated subsidiaries, and related companies.
Sejin executives and employees follow this Charter of Human Rights when dealing with suppliers and sales and service organizations, and Furthermore, it should be encouraged to respect this Charter of Human Rights by all stakeholders in the overall business activities, such as partners, mergers, and acquisitions, who have various business relationships with the company.
Where matters covered in this Charter of Human Rights conflict with local laws and regulations, local laws may be followed first, and this Charter may be amended and used to reflect the laws and industrial characteristics required by the country, and separate detailed policies may be established if necessary. All executives and employees of Sejin shall perform their duties in accordance with this Charter of Human Rights, except for special provisions in the laws and regulations of the relevant country, the articles of association, or the private regulations.

Article 1. No discrimination and harassment

Sejin does not discriminate in relation to the employment of recruitment, promotion, education, wages, welfare, etc. on the grounds of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, family status, social status, and political views of all executives and employees without reasonable reason. It also prohibits acts that cause sexual humiliation or disgust with words or actions, or harassment such as sexual harassment and bullying, harassment, and threats. Article 5. Prohibition of forced labor and child labor

Sejin does not force all executives and employees to work assaulting, threatening, imprisoning. it also, do not force to work against their free will working by demanding ID or visa.
In addition, illegal activities such as human trafficking are not allowed, child labor under the age of 15 is prohibited in principle, and measures shall be taken to prevent educational opportunities from being restricted due to work for minors, and not to engage in harmful or dangerous work.
In addition, the following immediate measures shall be taken in the event of a violation or detection of laws related to child labor.
1. The company does not allow the parties to stop compulsory training due to their employment.
